Hello everyone! I'm on day 8 of my liquid diet and I'm having the runs is that normal? I tried to search before posting this question. Thanks in Advance!

For me it was normal. As you loose the weight that might happen I know for me I know I am loosing again when that happens.

I had wicked constipation.... If I had to choose.... I'd go with the runs! Drink lots of fluid so you don't get dehydrated. I think that was my problem.

Totally normal. Things will balance out eventually. You'll probably go through some constipation as well, but everything will level out after two or three months.

I have not seen many post pre op about this but for sure post op the first several weeks. You might have an intolerance to the milk in the one you are drinking. If you are using powerdered try different mild products or even skim if you have to and see if that helps. I know many post after surgery they become lactose intolerant perhaps you have that now. Be sure to drink lots of water or Powerade Zero or G2 to stay hydrated!
