Oooh I love that app... i just sometimes want to scream when I cook a food with like 12 different ingredients haha
I take a walk or go somewhere anywhere and there is always someone that looks like I did 11 months ago-- overweight. I never want to look like that again. Or if I'm in a restaurant and I'm full but frustrated because the food is delicious and I want to keep eating all I have to do is look around. Sounds kinda mean but it's what keeps me motivated.
Keeping all my appointments with my nutritionist, surgeon and doctors keep me motivated. Food journal also helps me.
