    Default Motivation...

    How do you stay motivated and focused and on track on a daily basis???
    I find that writing my blog helps me, because I'm accountable to others. But what other techniques can I use?

    I take a walk or go somewhere anywhere and there is always someone that looks like I did 11 months ago-- overweight. I never want to look like that again. Or if I'm in a restaurant and I'm full but frustrated because the food is delicious and I want to keep eating all I have to do is look around. Sounds kinda mean but it's what keeps me motivated.

    Keeping all my appointments with my nutritionist, surgeon and doctors keep me motivated. Food journal also helps me.
    (Goal!!! Maintenance Lane!)


    • Reduce calories intake for weightloss.
    • Exercise for heart health, mental health and weight maintenance.
    • Make realistic goals.
    • Never give up.
