Hey here everyone im ne to this forum. And excited I have mg surgery scheduled. For jan 24 I wishes it was eariler, I can't wait to get my sexy back. Congrats to every one who are doing their thing I will need alot of help to find out how to work everything. Every info help. Thanks in advance

Best decision! It's a long road though!! Be sure to really be ready - you won't be able to eat like you're used to. Get used to eating lots of liquids maybe two weeks before your surgery, and how you're going to get your protein. That's the best advice I can give!!

Congrats on your surgery date. You will be well treated by Dr Almanza and his staff. I had the sleeve surgery on Nov. 1, and I have been doing great. Have lost almost 30 lbs thus far. It will be an experience for you for sure, but a good one. Good luck.
