peanut butter is your friend! lol I remember those days,,I like greek yogurt also,,so that helps me alot,, I do try and do at lest one shake a day,,most days i do it,,but a few have been missed,,,call is you need anything,,and congarts!

I use BE Pure unflavored...it is great in all things cold! 23g per 2 scoops.

I like syntrax nectar medical. Unjury make me sick. I think it's a personal thing like most things are about taste.... see if you can get some samples maybe....

I have tried necter unflavored, it is fine too. I tasted no difference between Pure or Necter.
