We can and will make this work. Even with the holidays fast approaching we have got to have a plan. I plan on being in the pool for 1 1/2 hours every day except the holidays when it is closed. Keep to my 800 calorie goal. Eat as healthy as I can with only a bite or 2 of the things I want but are not so good for me. One small glass of wine to celebrate the new year. That's my plan and I'm sticking to it!
