You look like a totally different person, you look energized! Good going, keep it up!
It is a little tough at first and still hard to get enough protein in but so worth it. As time goes on you can get more food/liquid in. Just follow the stages like the Dr. suggest. The first few days were the worst but not so bad I wouldn't do it again in a heartbeat! My portions are still very small but try to make good choices so what I do eat counts toward my protein. I never feel hungry so that is sooooo awesome to me. I just eat because I know I have to so I don't get sick/dehydrated. Look around on this site. There is alot of good advice. I read these forums all the time before my surgery because I was so scared but so glad I didn't chicken out! LOL Best of luck to you, you will be so glad you did it when the lbs start melting off!!
