i AM A SIZE 18 AND WOULD LOVEEEEEE TO BE A SIZE 8. I REALLY WANT TO BE ABLE TO WEAR A BATHING SUIT! i KNOW THIS MAY SOUND A LITTLE CRAZY, BUT I SPOKE WITH MY DIETICIAN DURING A PLASTIC SURGERY SEMINAR, SHE TOLD ME TO WEAR COMPRESSION GARMENTS THAT HAVE THE "BUTT" OPEN. SHE SAID TO GET THE ONES THAT ARE FOR PLASTIC SURGERY PATIENTS. SHE WAS BASICALLY SAYING TO WEAR THEM AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE WHEN WORKING OUT, IT WILL HELP TO DISTRIBUTE YOUR FAT AS YOU LOSE. HOPEFULLY IT WILL HELP, IF NOT, ITS WORTH A TRY. I REALLY DONT WANT TO LOSE MY BUTT!

I was a 4x-5x I think that is like a 26-28 or 30/32 :0( I can now wear a 2x shirt and a 22 bottom (wide hips)!!!! I use to have to order my clothes online from "woman within",very expensise... but now I can go into the store and buy clothes off the rack. I am in still in the plus size and have a ways to go to reach my goal, but I am so happy with my progress so far!!!! GOOD JOB TO EVERYONE!!!!!

I was a size 18/20 (some 22's in jeans) and a size 1X in shirts. I am 3 months (and one week) post-op and I now wear a size 14 pant and size L shirts. I am very excited to see where I am at Christmas...hope to bring in the New Year wearing at least a size 12 (which I have not been since 1999).

Started out a size 20 pants and 2x shirts. Currently comfortable in a size 8 pants and medium shirts. I am not done yet. Not sure how low I am going to get. I did try on a size 6 the other day and they fit! Tight but they zippered! It's hard to believe that when I started my goal was a size 14!!

I am currently a size 20. I have no idea if it would be 'too thin' for my height and frame but I am intrigued to see if I can make it to a size 8 because I have never in my memory been a size in the single digits. But truthfully, I think my body will tell me what is 'right' for me and it is gonna be better and healthier than where I am now.

I had lost a lot of weight 19 years ago. I had made it down to a size 10. I want to be there again!!!!! I am currently size 22 jeans/pants and 3x top.

I started at 225 a size 20, lost 55# now 169 # and a size 12. and 5'7". The size you are is determined on your body shape and where you hold on to your curves.
