I'll take that challenge! No better way than to start with a fresh new month. Today I weighed in at 180 (-70lbs) which is getting closer and closer to my goal weight so I know it's going to get harder.
My goal for November: -10lbs, to get to 170!
    work out 3x a week
And of course eat a balanced diet and not make myself sick when I forget how small my new stomach is

    Common, who else is in??

Well, I am currently on week two of the 8 week Insanity Challenge - 6 days a week of near impossible exercise! LOL So I guess my first goal is to stick with it. As far as water, I need improvement... protein too. My current weight is 156lbs. The goals I plan on meeting this month are: Reaching a healthy BMI - mine is currently 25.2 and at 5'6", I only need to lose 2 more pounds to get there Officially moving down into a size 6 pants - right now I'm in size 8 jeans and they are loose, but the 6 I tried on were tighter than I'd like... however size 6 dress pants fit very nicely Leaving the 150s behind and saying hello to the 140s! - With only 7lbs to lose to meet that goal, I'm very optimistic. I'm also hoping to see a difference in my body skin-wise - between weight training and Insanity, there should be a noticeable change.

I guess I'll let you all know how it goes

Trip to NYC Dec 1, 2011 - around 270 if I had to guess
    PCP Appt. March 1, 2012 - 260 lbs
    Bariatrics March 23, 2012 - 257lbs
    Day of Surgery May 24, 2012 - 230lbs
    39 Days Post-Op July 2, 2012 - 199lbs
    247 Days Post-Op January 25, 2013 - 135lbs GOAL

I would like to exercise at least 4-5 times per week. I was so good at exercising at first, but not so much lately I can see the weight is either fluctuating more than ever (2 lbs. down/up), and I don't have as much energy (which used to be boundless Therefore; even with the winter fast approaching, I'm either going to the gym (which I pay for each month, but haven't used regularly) or find something else. I'm more of a morning person and prefer to work out then. I used to go to Curves in the beginning, but felt that I needed something more strenous, and joined a large chain gym. It's not for me! I might actually go back to Curves, which is close to work, I can go in the morning and then dress at work. That will leave me time at night for a DVD, yoga, or On Demand to do something in the evenings. That's my goal, and I hope to stick with the plan. Posting it, reading it, and commiting to it, will hopefully help!
SS, I watched your youtube video about your monthly shopping. I also love the salmon cream cheese. I put it on the deli flats, or wrapouts, and then put some turkey in the sandwich. How do you use that product? I also like the smoked salmon. You're doing a fantastic job!

Yay! for the November Challenge! I want to set realistic goals AND then do my best to meet them!

Goal #1: Keep working out at least 3 days a week (try harder to make it 4 days)
Goal #2: I currently weigh 211 (down 54 pounds in 3 months) and would like to be knocking on "onederlands" door (so I will say I would like to lose at least 7 pounds) by the end of this challenge!
Goal #3: Do 50 crunches (on the balance ball) EVERY night before going to sleep.
Goal #4: Continue to keep a food journal
Goal #5: Attend this months support group

    Good Luck Everyone!!!
