Hmmmm.... What is realistic and yet motivating?
Today 148.8 pounds (ate a lot today, so probably higher tomorrow)
Goal 140
Swim 5 miles/week (5 hours)
Drink more -- my kidney function is not happy with me right now -- hot lemon water here I come!
Reasoning -- people are starting to tell me that I don't need to lose more weight.
Ridiculous! I look good now in my size 12's but I need to get rid of the last of the tummy fat under my skin.
145 will be a BMI of (barely) under 25 -- so that is the first goal. 140 will be a BMI of 24. Sounds good to me!
7/10: 238lbs,size 3x; 8/11: 221lbs size 22/2x; 6/12 B4 2 day liquid fast: 210 lbs; 6/13/12: 202.6 lbs
1 month: 185.4 lbs; 2 months: 170 lbs, size 16; 3 months: 162.6 lbs, size 14; 4 months: 151.8 lbs; 5 months: 143.2 lbs, size 10; 6 months: 142.4 lbs stalls suck ; 7 months: 131.2 lbs, size 6 - 8; 9 months 130.2, size 6 - no real loss in 2 months -- Think I am done!
Goals
1 keep my positive attitude about surgery on the 12 th and don't get scared.
2 After surgery walk on treadmill and work up to 1/2 hr per day by end of month because I wont be able to to my water exercises which I love.
3 Not wine to my daughter after surgery = don't be a big baby.
4 Lose 25 lbs this month - weighed 345 this morning.
Ok. So I said I'd join the next one so here we go.
1. Get down to 275 current weight 292.
2. Start to work out (asides from just walking).
3. Continue to take at last two protein shakes a day plus vitamins. ( not on solids yet)
4. Try to eat more. Still not quite hitting 350 calories a day.
5. Do at least one special thing for just me this month and not talking myself out of it.
6. Start "30" healthier than "29".
Okay, late to the party but here's where I'd like to be on Dec 1:
1) Doing PT floor stretching/stregthening exercises 2x a day, every day. Yep. That's how they're rx'd.
2) Meditating. Daily. I've been kicking it around and need to get back to it, so-just DO it, period, end of discussion.
3) Exercise every other day, gently as to avoid reinjury
5) Lose 4-5 lbs.
Weight Nov 1st: 237.6 hoping to hit 225 by controlling portions, hitting the gym six days a week. Limiting carbs and sweets and measure rather than guessing. I'm off to a good start as I am already down to 234.5 so hopefully I can hit or surpass my goal. Good luck everyone!
Hmmm....for November I would like to lose down to 160. At the moment I am at 166. I also want to finish Push circuit and be two weeks in to the lean circuit (Chalean Extreme) before the end of the month. My other goal is to drink more water, that has always been a weak point for me.
Well, currently I weigh 255 and want to get to 240 by dec 4 check up so will say
1. I want to lose 15 lbs
2. exercise 5-6 days per week
3. Not to over do it food wise on vacation
4. Not to overdo it on thanksgiving
Not sure if the weight loss is realistic, but sure am going to try.
I am 1/3 into the 30 day challenge, today is day 10 and here is how my goals are going
1- made goal one today which was to get into a healthy bmi- so happy!!!
2- have posted everday so far on myfitnesspal- today I have posted 120 days in a row
so I have made 2 out of 3 of my goals so far!!!
