Ok guys.. In 3 weeks I have not lost anything... Help

If you are eating protein and water and all your supplements you are ok. I hadv3 out of 6 weeks in a stall and my weight is coming off glacier slow. But you are losing fat and inches. One day you scale will go south. Just look at your calorie count and make sure you are choosing great calories and getting exercise even if it's only walking.

I am telling myself the same thing as frustrating as it is.

My surgery was on 8/15/12. My weight loss has slowed down with a recent stall. Stay on the program. Get the required protein and water. Up your exercise if you can. Be positive and keep an eye on your inches. They will be getting smaller.

I really want the weight off.. I have struggled since day one.. I fear my adrenals are fighting me. I just don't understand how we can get such few calories and be healthy???

Dont stress, your body is in shock right now. you will start to lose. i am 15months post op and the same happened to me.

I stalled for 3 solid weeks after surgery. First week I lost about 10 lbs then stall in weeks 2, 3 & 4! Very depressing but the scales will begin to move again.
