Ok guys.. In 3 weeks I have not lost anything... Help
If you are eating protein and water and all your supplements you are ok. I hadv3 out of 6 weeks in a stall and my weight is coming off glacier slow. But you are losing fat and inches. One day you scale will go south. Just look at your calorie count and make sure you are choosing great calories and getting exercise even if it's only walking.
I am telling myself the same thing as frustrating as it is.
