Surgery date

Just got a call from Barbara at the Fresno Kaiser with the best news!!!
Surgery date will be Oct.29. I am so excited and a wee bit scared. I can't believe how fast the whole process has gone. I saw the Dr last Thursday and he said I met my goal but would like me to lose another 5 lbs before surgery but would go ahead and schedule a surgery date. I was blown away.
How does one deal with the nerves up to the day of surgery?

Best wishes! And dor the nerves vest of luck I didn't deal so well I took anxiety meds and aa few weeks off work prior to surgery..... Good luck!
