I so did NOT make my September goals, but I will try again! Persistence, persistence, persistence....

    1) I signed up for a water aerobics with my local Park/Rec. so I WILL go 2 days a week for 45 minutes of water aerobics for the month of October.
    2) I did NOT get on my bicycle last month at all.....My region of the state keeps getting bogged in with the forest fire smoke, yuck...but my goal is to at least get on my bike 1 time a week for a short ride, before the weather gets too cold to enjoy the pedal.
    3) I need to get my fluid intake back up...so my goal is a minimum of 64fl oz/day.

Start weight 233....goal for Halloween....hmmmm ***-225? I am not sure as my weight lose is starting slow down a bit.

The following were my goals for September:

    Get in daily exercise
Be vigilant about my food plan changes
Whatever I weigh at the end of the month will be okay as long as it is less than it is now (182)
Taking the pressure off to get to a certain number helps although I'd love to kick those 2 lbs. away and get to 180! Better yet, 175, a number that has a lot of personal significance to me!

I did okay, there were some days where my food wasn't as good as it could have been and forced rest days because I was in too much pain to exercise b/c I'd overdone it, but overall I'm pleased. This month's goal will be 175, a projected loss of 4 lbs. w/ the same food/exercise goals as last month, but I'm going to add daily meditation. Everything improves when I meditate every day.
    Starting weight: 255
    Pre-op weight: 228
    Surgery date: 3/14/2012

Hi guys I'm in too! This month I really want to 5 to 10 lbs. I have really slowed down so it will be hard. I turn 54 on November 12 and I want to be under 200 so bad. I haven't been there in at least 25 years. I weigh 210 this morning . I plan on exercising 5 days a week and upping my protein and lowering my carbs to under 40 a day. Good luck everyone.

Ok, summer is over and it's time to get back to a regular routine. My October goal is to get back to walking I'm beginning this tonight with neighbor who is training for a ti-athalon so I know I get in the miles.

    1) walk, walk and walk get back up to my 7 miles a day and increase to 10 per day by the end of the month
    2) join a spinning class for the fall/winter months as I did last year
    3) lose 10lbs for this month
    4) get back to seeing some toning on this beautiful body of mine
