Update on my October goals.
1) Water aerobics....MADE it every Tuesday and Thursday except 1 session.....and am signing up for November as well.
2) Bike rides....didn't happen again this month....don't know what my problem is except now it is cold...BBBRR
3) 64 fl oz/ day goal.....still working on it but getting better !
October start weight 233....goal for Halloween 225.....SURPASSED the goal at *** YEAH!
This is how I did...
1) To exercise at least 4 days a week
Achieved this goal 3 out of the 4 weeks of the month (I was sick last week)
2) To lose at least 8 pounds
I lost 9 pounds!
3) To keep a food journal
I kept a food journal the entire month!!
Bring on November!!!
Heaviest: 387 pounds (1999)
Weight last appointment prior to surgery: 265 (6/29/12)
Weight beginning of two-week full liquid/high protein diet: 265 (7/25/12)
Weight day of surgery (8/8/12): 253.2
ONEDERLAND: 12/10/12: 198
100 pounds lost 7/3/13
Reached goal weight of 160 pounds on 9/9/13 (1 year, 1 month, and 1 day post-op)
I made it to 175 despite some unwise food choices during the month and being unable to exercise as much as usual, so I met my goal! Plus, I have now lost 80 lbs. exactly! And 25 lbs. to goal! In case y'all don't know, I love numbers divisible by 5. Love.
I AM and WAS hot for Halloween! For every Halloween to come, even. I am NOT gaining that 80 lbs. back. I look pretty good at 175, more like a medium, but I look forward to getting to my goal weight.
