    I'm a little sad didn't meet my goal to be under 200. Starting weight was *** and was on a two week stall now I'm 201.8 so I'm still happy wih that. Hopefully I I do meet my goal next month.

    Update on my October goals.

    1) Water aerobics....MADE it every Tuesday and Thursday except 1 session.....and am signing up for November as well.
    2) Bike rides....didn't happen again this month....don't know what my problem is except now it is cold...BBBRR
    3) 64 fl oz/ day goal.....still working on it but getting better !

    October start weight 233....goal for Halloween 225.....SURPASSED the goal at *** YEAH!

    This is how I did...

    1) To exercise at least 4 days a week
    Achieved this goal 3 out of the 4 weeks of the month (I was sick last week)
    2) To lose at least 8 pounds
    I lost 9 pounds!
    3) To keep a food journal
    I kept a food journal the entire month!!


    Bring on November!!!



    Heaviest: 387 pounds (1999)
    Weight last appointment prior to surgery: 265 (6/29/12)
    Weight beginning of two-week full liquid/high protein diet: 265 (7/25/12)
    Weight day of surgery (8/8/12): 253.2
    ONEDERLAND: 12/10/12: 198
    100 pounds lost 7/3/13
    Reached goal weight of 160 pounds on 9/9/13 (1 year, 1 month, and 1 day post-op)

    I made it to 175 despite some unwise food choices during the month and being unable to exercise as much as usual, so I met my goal! Plus, I have now lost 80 lbs. exactly! And 25 lbs. to goal! In case y'all don't know, I love numbers divisible by 5. Love.

    I AM and WAS hot for Halloween! For every Halloween to come, even. I am NOT gaining that 80 lbs. back. I look pretty good at 175, more like a medium, but I look forward to getting to my goal weight.

    lidibear and Letizia, just cuz you didn't lose the magic number doesn't mean you aren't hot! C'mon now. You're lookin' pretty smokin' from where I am...

    Ok I have continued the crunches on and off. I didn't get below 170 but I did loose 4 pounds, slow but steady. I'm not back to working out! UGH! It will get better next month!
