    Hmmm.... Food for thought
1.) Starting weight 159.2 Goal 150 (really more than I can expect, but we did say GOAL, didn't we?)
150 is the goal that my endo said he could see me at back in March when he recommended I get bariatric surgery. Back then, I thought he was crazy. 150? Yeah, right. I couldn't imagine weighing 150. Well, almost there!
I have an appt with him at the end of October -- also have an appt with my surgeon.
ALSO, the 30th, I will join in supporting my daughter as we have a day with a NASA astronaut who is coming just to give her a scholarship paid for by the astronauts and also a guided tour and lunch with the president of Georgia Tech. What on earth should I wear?
2.) Swim every day that I can -- 1 mile.
    3.) Drink more.

As of today I am 171 lbs. My goals for the month. To be in week two of Chalean Extreme Push phase bu the end of October. If I could just get to 167 I would be so happy. Four huge pounds. I read somewhere that if your starting weight is on the low side that it is hard to lose and boy has it been. I would love to be able to fit into a size 10, but I am not going to hold my breath on that one. Other than that looking to feeling better by the end of October. Good luck everyone!

Made it down to 166 lbs.WOOHOO! Will be finishing week 2 of the Push Circuit of Chalean Extreme. Bought size 10 pants and they fit...size twelves beginning to get baggy! I can't wait to see what November brings! OH I forgot, I feel awesome

Great thread! My Goals for October are

    1) get through my 2 week pre-op diet without any cheats
    2) get through the surgery on October 23
    3) begin an exercise program, even if it is only walking the treadmill for 10 minutes to start.

I am on vacation until October 8th, and it is my final fairwell to food, and eating as I know/knew it. I am ready to get started on my new journey!
    Reason: afterthought

    Highest Weight 2001 - 282 lbs
    Lowest Weight 2002-2005 - 182 lbs
    Start pre-op diet - 266 lbs
Officially Overweight with BMI of 29.7 on 5/4/13
