Like the title says. Honey moon is over I'm not loosing stuck on 31kg down.
What is your normal daily food intake specifically at6months out. Maybe I'm under/over eating? I'm always hungry and feel I can eat so much food. I did the 5 day pouch test and felt tight while doing it but again 1 week after feels loose. I want to reach goal so desperately.
I need to loose another 30kg currently 110kg. What should I be eating is there a meal plan somewhere I wor well with exact meals. What exercise should I be doing or does it not really matter. Be as kind or as cruel as you need to be to fix me as loosing motivation because the fat girl mentality is creeping in. Maybe I'm not meant to be skinny.
Also hair is falling outin clumps!!!! No exaduration.
