Darn hot flushes are back..........

So far the journey has been great, have lost heaps of weight, and was feeling good. Though over the last few weeks have begun to have hot flushes again and feeling generally unwell. Due to see the doctors tomorrow. Have had a tooth abscess, problems with teeth, needing some out
and think this may be the problem. (feels like an abscess under one of teeth) Also started having some chest twinges, wouldnt call them pains, have had them before and all cardiac stuff was cleared - due to see cardiologist in three weeks time again for check up.
I am only on blood pressure meds now, take krill oil, and have ordered some more herbal stuff to help with heart health - CoQ10 and other stuff. Happy to use alternative meds if it keeps me well.
There has been heaps going on at work, as well as renovations at home, have even called a halt to karate at present as feeling unwell - dont want to push it too much until I am in best condition again. I have to say this is so frustrating. I want to feel great like I was before.

Are you in menopause? HRT should end the hot flashes.
