upper left abdominal pain?

Has anyone felt any pressure or pain in there upper left abdomen? I noticed this last night when I was showering ( I know tmi, sorry ) but when I washed the area it was a bit painful to the touch. Not by any of my incisions. It doesnt bother me to much without putting the preassure there. Any clue what this could be?

I have a pain in my lower left abdomen. I called the surgeon and the nurse said everything in there is knitting back together and I should expect pain in different places 3-4 weeks post op. Today makes 2 weeks for me.
