Food gets stuck? I tried to eat a grilled chicken wing and after about 2 bites I could tell it was stuck. It came up (of course while at my desk at work) and I still feel it stuck in my throat.. This is the worst thing because I never know whats going to effect me like this.. Yesterday steak was going down fine and normally chicken does too.

I excuse myself and try to "cough" it up. I find it helps when I stand up and move around. This is only a problem when I take too big of a piece of food, or I don't chew well. Good luck

I had a similar experience on Sunday morning. Chicken stuck in my throat and threw up twice...of course I was driving headed to dog training with my puppy. I'm was in tears and my puppy is cleaning my face Second time for me with chicken: can only to eat it sliced very thin and it has to be moist. Walking it out helps--but it is extremely uncomfortable until the food passes down your throat.

Ground beef will not stay down either. I purchased some canned roast beef, but haven't tried it yet. Still loving, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, soup and protein shakes
