Ooh, I bruise really easy but if it's worth it...was it? I assumed you were talking about Mexican/Latin American lipo cuz they tend to be more aggressive with their techniques and take out more fat than their US counterparts., like, they'd give a basketball a slender waist. There are good and bad points about both techniques.
Does the high volume refer to the technique or how much is taken out?
I had it done in miami and it was aggressive high volume like they are in other countries. High volume refers to taking out more fat then is technically legal. Since they have a limit on how much they can remove, but Miami is kind of like South America. I got it done because I was shown medical research from a Doctor that stated that the fat cells they remove won't come back. Well guess what if you are a binge eater they do!!! I am living proof. So no it was not worth it. This was before I knew about going out of the country and it costing 1 third the price. I think back then I was to scared to go out of the country. Lipo is only worth it if you are always the same weight, and even some people who got it who don't fluctuate in their weight said that it was not worth it. (They did not get high volume lipo) I was bruised real bad for about 5 weeks. Moving an inch hurt. Walking to the bathroom which is connected to my bedroom took like 3 hours, very very very painful.
And I've heard it can be bad when you gain weight cuz you gain it in new! and exciting! places. Girls get big linebacker arms, etc. and backs. I won't need a LOT of lipo when it's time, just strategically placed and I want to have stayed at goal for awhile. I hate that fat cells never leave, just get bigger and smaller. And until you told me what you did, I thought that lipo was the only way to permanently evict them.
