Wow, what a difference using almond milk, unsweetened, instead of skim milk with protein shakes! I use Unjury chocolate splendor. 100 calories for the protein ad 40 for the milk. Love it. Think I'll try freezing some into pops!

I have used almond milk for a veery long time. It's delicious!
It's made by Hood, a dairy in New England. Their products are sold as far away as FL.
If your store carries Hood brand milk, you can ask them to stock Calorie Countdown. If you go to the Hood website, you may be able to find a local retailer.
I like it because it is not watery as skim milk, it has a whole milk texture (which is awesome in the chocolate version).
