Oops make that a LEFT! My bad.
My August Goals:
1. Drink, drink, drink to get all my fluids in for each day
2. Run 4 continuous miles by the end of the month (I am do 2.5-3 right now)
3. Lose 10 pounds (starting at 164.4 lbs)
4. Find a dress to wear to my daughter's October wedding. I have been putting it off because of the weight loss. I am afraid I will buy on then it will be too big by the wedding.

Half way through the month and here is my update:
1. drinking bout 55-60 oz of fluids do I am almost there
2. I ran 4.3 miles yesterday morning, WOO HOO goal achieved.
3. I will let you know how much I'd lost when I weigh in at the dietician & doctor's appointment next week
4. I FOUND A DRESS! It's a bit tight right now, but should fit great by my daughter's wedding in October. Part of me wishes it will be too big by then, I have to admit
How is everyone doing so far???
I hit my August goal weight this morning! WOOHOO! Exercise has not been so great, but I did get back on track this week. I've done my cardio 3x so far and my strength training once, so I'm almost there!
This has been a good week! I'm nearing the end of my 5th week since surgery and I'm really starting to feel great!
End weight 227, but I intentionally didn't have a weight goal this month due to the last couple of months being such slow loss. I did really well with water this month, but again exercise was an issue. Work is really busy and stressful. I know that's the time when I really need to go out and get moving, but those are also the times it's easiest to make excuses. I'm working on it!
So I sucked at my goals this month. How many times did I exercise? None! Zero! Zilch! How much crap did I eat? Way too much!! I weighed in today at 161 so .5 higher than my lowest. I think I started the month at 164. I feel like crap for not exercising. Have....to....exercise...this....month!
I will report tomorrow on my goal review for this month
