Numb Spot

I have a numb spot on my stomach. I am on 5 days post op but just wondering if this ever goes away and you will regain the feeling back? My sis had surgery and years later she still cant feel her belly button. Any one have a numb spot and is now year(s) post op and the feeling went away?

I have a numb spot just below my belly button. My wife had an emergency gall bladder surgery, where they had to cut her open, 4 years ago and she's STILL numb around the incision

I don't have numb spots from this surgery, but I had surgery about ten years ago, that I am still numb around the incision.

None from my sleeve, but I do have a numb spot from knee surgery...I think any time they cut into you and have to cut nerves, you run that risk.

I've got numb bits on my stomach from my gallstone op 5 years ago and from my sleeve - cant feel half my belly!! lol

i have been numb on and off since my first c-section five and a half years ago .... my whole "apron" is sometimes numb .... it lasts a few days/weeks/months and then returns to a "normal" feeling.
