UGh!!!! menu help.

I'm wondeing if any of you guys would be able to give me a menu for the day/week. I am having such a hard time with this. I am eating all the wrong things... pastas and dry chex. I can't find a nutritionist until monday.. so... help?

B: protein shake syntrax nectar fruit punch
l: tuna with eggs and a little miracle whip
S: eggs or roast something moist
S: sugar free ice cream or quest protein bar

Danon light and fit Yogurt with Kashi Go Lean Crunch
Half a whole wheat tortilla spread with Laughing Cow light cheese and a slice of deli ham
Redbeans cooked with smoked sausage
Raw almonds for snack
Simply Jif with Crunchmaster seed and nut crackers for Snack

At your stage most folks are eating things like scrambled egg (if egg goes down), yogurt, baked beans, canned chicken/tuna with mayo. Mushy food.
