I like the grilled chicken children's meal at Chik-Fil-A, comes w/ a water and fruit slices if you ask for it. I don't even know the nutrient content, as I don't really pay much attention to those details anymore. I'm sure you can look it up online for those of you who track that type of info. I usually can't eat enough of anything to matter, and as I've said many times; I just eat protein first, then fill in w/good carbs, i.e., veggies, salads, etc.
At McDonald's I also enjoy the Angus Bacon cheeseburger snack wrap...grilled chicken wrap, and for those who love Big Mac's the Mac snack wrap are not terrible choices...little high in sodium but for fast food pretty good protein and calories to carb ratio...

Highest weight: 450+ lbs
Weight before beginning diet 90 days before surgery: 410 lbs.
Give it a try, it's really yummy and easy to digest. I also put in some hot sauce and light sour cream. I also get it w/the cheese. I also like the pinto beans w/cheese at Taco Bell. Also have tried the chicken fresco taco without the shell, and enjoyed it also. Sometimes, you have to eat at fast food places for convenience or when I'm with my nephews. It's actually nice not to have to bring along my food, like I did in the beginning. Makes life a little easier sometimes!
Well, here I am at confessional. Yes I, Gayle, transgressed today. I got thunderstormed out of the pool after only 7 laps and stoped at McDonald's and ordered a vanilla yogurt cone === Don't hate me too much -- it is only 120 calories and 4 grams of protein (sugar is a 16 grams though)
Hugs

Best NSV - fitting on a kid's amusement park ride with my 4 yr old grandson!
CFIDS =Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) Also dx with post-bariatric reactive hypoglycemia; and chronic gastritis (both sleeve complications). Permanently disabled.
Start weight 335, down to 218, up during gastritis. Have accepted there is no way to lose it with my hypoglycemia. Current weight 260. Currently doing 10 day sleeve reset and determined to get back down to my post surgical weight or close to it.
I eat the Angus Bacon Cheddar wrap, but can't manage to eat the actual wrap, I eat the inside out of it and use the wrap as a meat holder. I can also have a plain fish fillet (no bread) or 4 nuggets but they take a long time to get down. At Wendy's I can have the spicy chicket fillet (no bread) but I can only nibble on 1/2 of it and save the rest, or chili no cheese. I don't eat at Burger King or KFC, too much MSG in their stuff. . I don't care about sodium, the one thing I'm blessed with is way low blood pressure.

I tried to eat a 7 layer beef burrito from Taco Bell today. I took just a few bites of it with the tortilla but found it was too dry so I just ate the filling - beef and refried beans and some cheese - it went down really well and lots of protein. Next time I think I'll pass on the tortilla...
Chic fil a has some pretty good options: Chick-fil-A: Menu
These are my favorites:
Chargrilled Chicken Garden Salad
180 Calories, 6g Fat, 4g Fiber, 6g Sugars, 23gProtein
Nuggets 8-count
260 Calories, 12g Fat, 1g Fiber, 1g Sugars, 28g Protein
At 5 weeks out, I could eat not quite half of a small Wendy's chili. At Chick Fil A I get the kid's meal grilled chicken with applesauce and juice or tea.
Your sleeves must be a WHOLE lot smaller than mine!!! LOL

I can eat about 2/3 of a small chili from Wendy's. I get one about once a week. I also like the grilled chicken nuggets from Chik-Fil-A, I can almost eat all 4 if I drown them in Polynesian sauce. I get a fruit cup and diet lemonade with the meal, both for later in the day. I did try a regualar nugget from there a few weeks ago, and could not digest it, I was miserable. So no more fried type chicken for me!
Sonic is a place that I love, I order a breakfast burrito, on the $1 menu and you can get it at any time. I order a fork, and just eat the inside, which is eggs, cheese and sausage. At breakfast time, both Mcdonalds and Chic-Fil-A will let you order a breakfast biscuit without the biscuit. So I end up with egg and bacon. I've been eating at Taco Bell since mushy stage, beans and cheese, and now I get a soft taco and eat just the insides.
