What are some remedies to cope with indigestion?

Teehee, looking back now, it's really funny because I would be burping everytime I drank something during the first few days post op. What helped me was Zantac... pepcip and gasx didn't work for me.

I had my own set of problems with indigestion. Guess what the doctor ordered? Drink water 10 minutes before you eat, then 10 minutes AFTER you eat. This would help you not mix the food and the water.

If that doesn't help, you can always ask for something other than water

See your doctor. I've gotten this bloated feeling after every meal, and my surgeon gave me pantoprazole and metoclop, that helps with the indigestion and passing the food through your digestive tract.
