Dee - you mentioned something about Trader joe vitamins the other day and I cant find the link. I had asked what it was that you got there and think you may not have seen it. Can you tell me what you were recommending? Thanks!

Their High Potency Chewable Multivitamin & Mineral Formula. The dietician at my Health Plan recommended them and I find them a lot better than the Bariatric Advantage counterpart.

I also buy (I bruise easily, Vit C is supposed to help that) their Vitamin C 1000 mg., their Acidophilus dietary supplement, and their Vitamin D3.
