    Default Three month follow up

Hello everyone, I had my sleeve on 4/5/12 at morristown hospital in NJ. My surgery went great, thank god! I have lost 66 Pounds so far. I lost 31 month 1, 15 month 2, 15 month 3, and so far this month 5 pounds since 7/5. I went from 310 now I am 244. I feel great, clothes are fitting much better and I starting to feel better about my self. I just feel that I should be losing more! I get my protein in for the most part, but I do let's say have bites of things I shouldn't have but I do not over indulge, you just can't with the sleeve, which I love! Well not sure what more to write, thanks for listening...

I was exactly the same weight as you on my surgery day - 310. I had surgery on 4/17, so almost 2 wks behind you, and I am 'only' at 268 now. I lost 33 lbs, though, in the 2-3 months BEFORE surgery, so I am down almost 75 lbs total!! You are doing fantastic!~ and, like Joanne said - Be Happy! Enjoy it!

Let me clarify. I am happy, and I do enjoy it... I could of never, I tired and tired, been able to do this without my sleeve. My issue with myself is if I was 100 percent on plan I could of, should of lost more? Maybe? But I am thrilled at my loss, but I always would like more!

We are all human -- I doubt that ANY of us are 100% on plan, every second of every day. No .. I eat crunchy cheetos at times, and feel guilty, but.. not many and I do pretty darn good with everything else. I'm proud of you - you are doing fantastic!

Tuesday I'll be 6 weeks out and my friends and I want to celebrate. Do you think it would be OK to have a couple of chips with dip at a Mexican restaurant? Were you eating chips (like Doritos) at 6 weeks out? I think 6 weeks out is "unrestricted" according to my dr., but I need to verify with NUT.

I just tried a few broken small chips on Sunday and I am about 9 weeks post. I just chewed the heck out of them. Wasn't as thrilling as I thought it would be, and I did not want to fill up on chips and not be able to eat my tiny meal.
