1) String cheese (6-8g protein per stick!)
2) 1 Tbls Extra Crunchy PB + 1 tsp Smuckers SF Strawberry Ice Cream Topping (3-4g protein in PB)
3) Tyson Grilled & Ready Seasoned Steak Strips (18g protein in 3 oz, 30 second in microwave, add cheese for a little more protein! also the chicken strips etc)
4) Sweetened ricotta cheese (1/4 cup= 5g protein, I add a packet of splenda and/or a squirt of davinci sf syrups for flavor)
5) 1 scrambled egg (7g protein, I put a small bit of butter in bottom of mini-ramekin, break egg into, break yolk up and stir, microwave just under 30 seconds)
6) Power Crunch protein energy wafer, PB or vanilla (13g protein, but also high in fat so not too often... but I cant stand normal protein bars - these are like sugar wafer cookies, very light)
Keep them coming! I need more ! I am very lazy
i like mixing canned chicken breast with a little light sour cream, either some canned green chilies or some green salsa, a couple of spoons real bacon bits and it is yummy! Can also add in some shredded cheese. I make this then divide it up in little containers or eat like one forth at a time. Depends on how big a can of chicken breast you use. I have also found that the smoked turkey dog (Johnsonvilles) is prettey tasty, high pro, low carb, low fat. Quick and easy! For some reason I can eat these but my sleeve always says NO to the eggs....
Connie-- are these good??? I bought a case of vanilla and one of chocolate today at Costco. I am hoping they are good. I am new to all of the protein products out there. Thought I could doctor them up if I needed to. Are they really sweet? I don't care much for sweet things.

Tracy, I have never had the vanilla, didn't know they made it, my Costco must not carry it. I LOVE the chocolate. Make sure that you put them in the frig and they are good and cold. SHAKE them really well--sometimes there is a little soft lump (IT IS OK---JUST WHERE PROTEIN HAS CLUMPED TOGETHER AND WILL NOT HURT YOU!!! I called the company!!) I hope you enjoy them as much as I do---great easy breakfast and I drink them when I take my Rx meds---seems to coat my stomach. Let me know on the vanilla---maybe I will order them online. Blessings- Connie
I just tried 1/4 cup cottage cheese with a splash of pineapple juice!!! WAS really, really good!!! ;-)
