Can't change before and after or avitar

I have been trying to update my pictures and I have been successful in adding new pictures to my album but when i try to change my avatar or my after picture it tells me "400 Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at 174.143.143.69 Port 80"

can someone tell me if that means anything because I do not speak computer lol. I tried different pictures thinking they were too big for it to do it but then i tried pictures that are very small and they dont work either. any info would be greatly appreciated I have restarted my computer and my router thinking my connection was bad but still nothing.
