I'm going to try to ramp it up this month a little bit. I'm starting at 221.8. I'd really like to be below 215 by the end of July.
If I'm going to manage it anytime it will be now as I can swim every day, more than once if I want to and I have nothing stressful this month,
unless you count turning 53 later on
    So, my goals are to:
Stick with my carb cycling because it works but bump the protein up even more.
Swim at least once a day.
Sleep as much as I can.
    Drop 7 lbs.

Thanks Tara for keeping this going

First Tara - look at you, skinny minnie!!! What a difference in your pictures!

I have been falling behind in drinking and taking my vitamins more than anything. I'm starting at 234.6 (according to my home scale, official weigh-in tomorrow on my scale at work) and would like to be down to at least 225 by the end of July.
    - Drink at least 64 oz of water daily
    - Take my vitamins daily
    - Lose 10 pounds
    - Keep getting at least 60g of protein daily (preferably more)

I am one month post op and have been stalled for about 2 weeks at 282! I challenge myself to **drink more liquids and make sure I **get all of my protein in. I have been lacking on those things and I think I have set myself up for starvation mode. I also challenge myself to **swim 3-4 times a week and **walk more. I would like to lose 10-15 lbs by the end of July.

I'll join too! I'm starting out today at 291 pounds and would like to be down to 285 pounds by the end of July. I plan to exercise at least 3 times a week and will work on getting more protien than carbs in (thinks about the spaghetti I made last night. Eh). Good luck to everyone!!

This is fun! I like being accountable. I am at 171. 1...more...pound to 100! This month I will:
-4 mornings a week on the treadmill
-1 more set of crunches a day
-stick to drinking just water - no Crystal Light. I find this causes me to stall.
-Be 10 pounds down by July 31st
    Best,
