July Challenge

I did a long post and the site said I was not logged in...this drives me mucho nutty b/c I did log in and it shows at the top of the page I logged in. This happens alot to me and makes me crazy.

So long story short I lost 8 lbs this month and did most of my goal fairly well.

My July goals
1) PROTEIN!!!
2)Exercise
3) Loose 6 lbs (weight in at 159.5 by July 31st) This will be a hard goal to hit this far out from surgery. Going to give it my all though!!

Once again I didnt do my eating right or exercise. I HAVE got to get better about it. My final weight is 157.6 so I did hit my weight loss goal. So -7.9lbs for the month of July which isnt too bad for month 11! I did do the 5 day pouch test and that shed 6-7 of the pounds for me. If not for that I would have had a very disappointing month.

July was a rollercoaster ride! I lost 5 lbs, went on a cruise and gained 4 lbs, took that 4 off plus 3 more for a total of -4 LOL

I actually gauge my weight loss from the 8th of each month since that was the day I had my surgery, so I actually have another week before my official weighing in. I made my goals of water, protein and excercise!

Thanks! Haven't noticed this thread before...I will join:
1. Continue walking at least 5-6 days a week but add in stomach and arm strengthening at least 3x a week.
2. Lose 7 lbs (I hope!)
3. Be in those size 12's my friends mom gave me by the end of the month!!!

I didn't necessarily increase my water intake like I'd hoped...I exercised plenty adding arm exercises. I stalled all month . No measurable weight loss but I am getting in to some of those size 12's so I know I am losing a few inches.

I had decent weight loss during July...stalling now, but that is expected. I was in the pool often and I kept moving! It's so hot out right now that it is difficult to muster up the enthusiasm to do much! I just checked and I lost 13 lbs in July!!!

Well, I make some of my goals, lost 10 pounds, didn't quite get all my fluids in, but my running program is going great and I will be on track to run a couple of races this fall!
