Who would consider plastic surgery?

In a heart beat! When I lose my weight I want my boobies done. Don't know if I'll need the tummy tuck.

I would consider plastic surgery, if my skin doesn't tighten up 1 year after reaching my goal weight. Is there something that works to remove the scars from surgery?

I go back and forth on this one but I am leaning against it. Surgery scares me silly and I would need to do my whole body.

My upper arms, tummy and boobs need doing but don't have the money...My partner said we can save up, instead of going on holiday for 2 years but don't think i could do with out a holiday that long!!!!!

Well after hearing a plastic surgeon talk about breast surgery I am leaning against it. I always thought you go in get it done and except for the occasional issue that's that but they do not last you need surgeries anywhere from a couple of years to 10 years and the percentage of those who are not happy is way too high IMHO. I can also see the conflict in trying to decide where to start and where to stop I have loose skin on my stomach, sides, back, breasts, upper arms, forearms,butt, thighs, knees, neck and face. I'd say I have about 15-20lbs worth of loose skin after losing 70lbs.

I have been working with a plastic surgeon in Costa Rica to save up my money and have what I need done. I go to the gym 4 - 5 times a week for at least 2 hours each visit, I have a personal trainer and I'm losing weight ... but I still have the belly flab and nothing is going to change that ... My surgeon here in the states was quite blunt in letting me know that in order to get your insurance company to pay for the removal of the excess skin it takes a long, arduous fight that, in the end, you probably won't win. Better to save the money and have it done on my own than to spend all of that energy fighting a losing battle, which would only discourage me in the end.

Does anyone know of anyone who DID get their insurance to pay for the excess skin removal?

I will absolutely get the boobies done. Prior to surgery I lost about 25-30 pounds and it was all in the boobies... I have always been large chested even young and skinny... So heap getting the boobs done! As for tummy... Praying and hoping i don't need it!

Once I too lose weight, there might be some stretch marks. I would definitely go for surgery or else all my workout would look waste.

I wouud so get some surgery done. I would love to get a tummy tuck and a breast lift/implants. Ive always had big breasts but they arent looking pretty. lol. Sorry for being so honest.

Ooooh heck yes... I had 3 C-Sec with my kids so my belly was ruint way before an the area below scar(pub) is just as badly stretch marked that no good skin is left. An my Boobs well there full now but after i lose another 150 lbs i may have to rollem up an putm in my over the shoulder boulder holders. Lol
But i would say doc make me Beautiful again... Within age reason that is... Dont wanna look like Joan Rivers dnt cha know Lmao
