How fast should the weight be coming off?

In the beginning it comes off extremely fast, but, and I hate to be the Negative Nancy here, just realize that MOST people experience a big slow down as more time goes by, and even hit a stall (or 2 or 3). Don't panic when it happens! It's not realistic to expect to lose a pound a day every day until you hit goal.

I totally agree!!
I thought by now at almost 50lbs. gone I would have dropped more sizes. but so far just one.
I'm close to the next size down but still to tight to wear with confidence. I agree they make
them roomy.
