My hubby just bought me some kiwi and strawberries, but I'm not sure about eating anything with tiny seeds. I'm on soft foods and don't want to eat anything that my tummy won't like. Any thoughts????
Strawberrys were one of the first 'normal' foods I ate. They went down a treat.Really refreshing. My only bit of advice is have them room temperature they are softer and because straight out the fridge they can be a bit harsh on your stomach. I was about 3-4 weeks out when I first tried them. good luck and enjoy.I did
I was putting frozen strawberries in my smoothies at about 5 days out. I have IBS on top of it and no problem...
