1c ice chips
1 tsp Instant Coffee
1 Scoop Chocolate Splender Unjury Protein Powder (Or whichever one you use)
I "squirt" Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
Put it all in the blender on high for a few minutes.
Top with Sugar Free Whipped Cream
ENJOY!!!
