We all have to take these.

I am happy to help anyone who would like to try this shake.

I can send out a sample for you to try. Tastes great, none of the problems from other brands, like gas bloating or diarrhea. Packed with vitamins, protein and fiber.

This is about people helping each other.

Seriously, there are 3 posts by you for the same thing. You are spamming the board, and there are those of us who get tired of this.
I don't want to buy my shakes at a huge increase in price so you can have yours free. These great "Shakes" you are posting about may be great, but if you were really out there to share information, you'd share it publically.

My favorite "shake" is 2 scoops of powder, 8 ounces of chocolate almond milk, and 1 tsp of reduced fat peanut butter, a couple of ice cubes and walla,
a peanut butter cup shake. (packed with protein, vitamins, and reduced fat) This one stays with me and keeps me feeling full.

I do love the almond milk. I didn't think that I would, but I do.

Well, I'm still experimenting around with trying to find something I can stomach. I found the Crystal Sky mixed with blue and black berry Sobe as long as it was mixed frozen it was ok.... so I just now went and got a blender, a can a vanilla protein, a bottle of Lite Apple, Lite Grape and Light Blue Berry, and its not half bad!! Three days to go....fly out Wednesday.....pretty anxious and a little scared but so ready to get this over!!! Hope everyone is having an awesome day.... cannot wait to see the Orthopedic Doctor either, my shoulder is KILLING ME!!! woopwoop.... three days to go!!!!

My all time favorite is one full scoop of fuzzy navel syntrax nectar protein powder one tablespoon vanilla chobani yogurt four strawberries and 5 blackberries with three cubes of ice in my ninja....truly amazing!

I'm confused...you said Barb that you are only four years out on your surgery....your surgery date is. August of 2008.....now I'm not good in math per say, but that is six years not four....are you sincere or just playing with us?
