Well I'm nearly at the end of my second week, taking in smooth soups, Actimel & sugar free jelly. Managing ok, struggling with taking in water. Ok with tea & squash but forget to drink water. Down 1st 5 lbs which is great but stayed the same for the last 3 days, perhaps I should stop weighing myself each day.

Stop weighing, yes, and if you haven't, take your measurements. There will be periods where yours not listing weight but sling inches. Instead of Squash try Crystal Light if you have to flavor your water. Are you doing protein shakes?

No my dietitian said they weren't required if I have protein in my soups etc

If you drink decaf tea (which I can't taste the dif in) it counts as water. Or any of your sugar free drinks. I have been drinking a cup of reg tea for some caffeine and then drinking decaf the rest of the day to get my liquids in. Good luck!
