I went to my doctor appointment today and I have been officially informed that my goal weight has been moved from 160 to anywhere between 170-180 lbs. They said that I look good and they do not think I should lose too much more. They only want me somewhere in between the 170-180lbs so I will have some flex room to maintain a certain size(currently in size 10-12 depending on the designers).
So I have made my goal weight 175lbs....so excited that I am almost there. Just need some encouragement during this crazy holiday season. I gained a few poulds around Thanksgiving, but I am back on track and lost them before my weigh in during my doctor's visit.
Not a year out yet, but it is looking promising. Best wishes to you all and be blessed!
