From what I understand they sort of do that now. You get a discount for having previous work (sleeve, say) with Almanza, and for each customer you "bring" in for work.

I had a lift in Houston a few years back. I had a nose job at the same time. I came home the same day. A week later I went back for a checkup. I continued having monthly then every few month checkups. My nose was NOTHING like I wanted, surgeon refused to redo. I had a hematoma (sp?) on my right breaast. My breasts were two different cup sizes and the areolas were drastically different. The surgeon refused to repair it. I asked if we could add implants and level out the sizes, he told me to lose weight and then come back. I had to go have corrective surgery by another doctor, pay again and then received excellent after care. Sometimes you get sh*t care here in the US as well. Sounds like your experience was better than my first round of plastics!

Ughhhh...who was your first surgeon? I am looking into having a couple of things done...wanna make sure I do not use THAT guy!

Molliver in Clear Lake. Big fat waste of 10K. I was going to report him but didn't want the headache. I didn't want to force him to redo it since you never know how much worse it could be. I chalked it up to lesson learned, told my girlfriends and found a new surgeon. Patronella is amazing.

I like the breast except the incision around the nipples. I think he streched my nipples too much maybe it's because they were very small to begin with, and they are darker than they were before. Some people who had breast lift/implants told me to give it a couple more months for the incision to flatten out and the color to blend in.

It takes awhile for the breasts to settle down after surgery-a couple of months. You can get an idea of what they're like after surgery but they're still recovering, swollen, etc. I forget, did you get implants? Those take awhile to "drop", too.

Actually, mine doesn't look like they were lifted like he told me. In my opinion, they are already to low I hope they don't drop anymore. They look very nice in a bra but I wish they were lifted enough to go braless if I wanted to! Oh yes Dee I have implants put in because I didn't have enough breast tissues to do a lift without implants. I had the gummy bear implants 300 cc's in each breast.

If you do go Karilur make sure he lifts them for you, and discuss the possibility of having the incision done under the breast instead of around the nipples. I wished I had asked him to do my incisions under my breasts instead.

I am haing the same thing done on July 23 I was wondering if you had to have stiches removed or if they are the ones that disolve?
