I am at OCC right now. The instructions they gave me were-
Days 1-7 clear liquids, juices diluted with water, Popsicles, broth, tea, vitamin water
If ready for more foods, on Day 4-10 you can start nonfat drinkable yogurt with no fruit, and then add protein shakes at least 30 grams protein a day
Days 7-21 add creamy soups no chunks
Days 22-28 tuna, low fat cottage cheese, oatmeal, cream of wheat, apple sauce, ensure pudding
After the first 28 days add foods as tolerated. Chew thoroughly, eat slowly. Don't eat more than 1/2 cup at a time. Dont drink with meals because it flushes food from your stomach and allows you to eat more.

    Hope this helps.
