I started up my cardio by doing some Zumba yesturday and today!!! I modified everything to low impact since I am still freshly sleeved....It felt so good to get out there and dance... My Doc said it was okay as long as I am not lifting anything over 10 pounds.... I do feel a little tired afterwards, but I am sure it is due to the lack of calories.... wishing everyone a blessed recovery, or experience with the sleeve.....
