Im trying to stay positive, feeling a little selfish and scared. Im all my kids have.. their dad died years ago.. its scary.

Your kids will have you a lot longer thanks to this surgery. Keep focus on the "new" you. You are doing this first for yourself and then for all of those you love. The beautiful, healthy new Cindy can't wait to get out, don't resist the change, you deserve it.

Hi my surgery is scheduled for May 8th & i'm getting nervous as the day gets closer...my original date was April 26, and it had to be rescheduled because my hpylori test came back positive and my insurance refused to let me go through with it...when it should have been negative...that's a blood test they do to see if u have an ulcer...thank god that it came back negative and i can have my surgery...so i wish you the best of luck on your sugery & a speedy recovery...

My surgery is on May 14th! Good luck to you all. We will all be fine and be able to encourage each other after surgery. Can't wait until we are sleeved!

This makes me so happy for everyone.

It also kind of makes me curious who I will meet when I go. I am going to Dr. Almanza I am 99% sure. It is just going to be some time as I am still arranging plans between college, work, and money. I hope some of you will still be around for me when I schedule as I have all of you in my best wishes! (:
