well I am 4 months out, it has been very slow, slow weight loss for me. I am currently at 165 lbs and I my weight pre op was 193. I just joined the gym last week, so I am hoping the working out will help me loose the rest of this weight. The past 3 months, I have only lost 1-4 lbs each month. This past month only 1 lb. Some days I do get frustrated, but I really try not to think about it and just keep trying. I do feel great, my clothes fits so much better and have gone from size 14 to a size 10. I am only 5'1 so I still need to loose a bit more. My goal is 130 lbs. Just wanted say hello to everyone and encourage you that it can be done, we just need to commit and make the necessary changes.
