All bran cereal with blueberries and skim milk
Late morning treat
1 piece of Whitman's sampler chocolate
Lunch
Chicken / cheese / tomato sandwich
Sliced carrots (boring, but I love it all!)
Afternoon treat / break
Coffee with 1 T. half and half
1 salted caramel biscotti
Dinner
Chardonnay (5 oz.)
Healthy Choice Cafe Steamer four cheese ravioli with spinach and tomatoes and balsamic sauce (these box dinners are fabulous)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Evening treat
4 squares dark chocolate with sea salt (the BIG treat of the day)
And maybe (?) 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt with blueberries again
Yeah, I know -- lots of my daily meals are same old. But they're also nutritious and delicious. If I had Oprah's budget, my chef would fix up something different every night. Everyone have a great weekend.
