So want to go back to New Orleans, I remember when my company had staff attend the AHA conferences, lol.
B: 2 cups of tea w/fairlife milk; protein shake with 4 oz of milk & 4 oz water
L: Salad -- grilled chicken and bits of roasted red pepper, artichoke heart, provolone cheese, 1 tablespoon of lettuce (hate the stuff but husband adds), balsamic dressing & 3 whole wheat croutons
S: 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with frozen blueberries
D: Scrambled egg w/cheese
I'd love to go to New Orleans! Party city Feeling happier today cause the sun is shining.
B: about 1 1/2 ounces of chicken on the run, not feeling breakfast today. I have a yogurt w/some berries at work and might eat that a little later
L: was going to have the yogurt so it depends on whether or not I eat it for "brunch." Might go w/small salad with Chipote Salmon on top
D: Bariatric Fitness tonight at the my work hospital and was planning on going to have a small bite with a co-worker who also had surgery and comes to the class
S: getting home about 8ish and planning on having caramel corn rice cake w/almond butter & sf jelly
I feel like my meals are all over the place today and I really feel like not eating anything today; just one of those days. I'm careful to make sure I eat something on these particular days though and I always have a protein bar in my purse. I've already worked 21 hours in 2 days so I'm just a little tired.
First time in Nola! I looove!

not feeling 100% this week, but still trying to stay focused on menu planning:
b: cottage cheese and 1 glazed munchkin
snack: P3 protein pack (turkey, bacon, and cheese)
lunch: 1/3 of a barbecoa quesadilla from Chipotle with a little guac
snack: 5 black olives, 4 cherry tomatoes and 2 ounces grilled chicken strips
dinner: ground turkey taco meat in some way - maybe a salad, or tacos, or nachos or something.
today's leg training at the gym so i'll have a protein shake afterwards.
I want to visit New Orleans some day, my friend's son is there right now for Monster Jam and he's having a blast!
B: 1/4 slice of rye bread, 2 slices bacon, 1 hard boiled egg (a co-worker paid for my breakfast, she was "Paying it forward")
L: not sure as I might be leaving work around 1:00, so if at home it will be leftover grilled chicken w/onions, peppers, mozzarella cheese on salad
If at work, salad w/salmon packet on top
D: eggplant parm, salmon, cauliflower (leftovers)
S: not sure but always something.
Feeling sad as my bestie of 35 years had her mother pass last night and her mom was like my adopted mom. Used to eat when I was sad, depressed; now I feel sick to my stomach and can't eat; go figure. Hope everyone has a good day.

Pam - he makes a production of making salads, lol. He chops everything up and chiffonades the lettuce so that a couple of strands go into my salad, he eats most of it. It probably no value but I log everything that I can onto MFP. Something like this.

lunch: taco salad (taco meat, tomato, shredded cheese, onion, black olive, and a tiny bit of lettuce with sour cream)

dinner: chicken stirfry with onions, zucchini, and snow peas
1/2 a protein shake at night after kickboxing
TGIF!! Leaving work at 1:00 Pm today, and can't wait to start the weekend early

L: shopping with my husband, and going to have lunch out. Feel like Bonefish or Longhorn (opposite ends of the spectrum) but we shall see when that time comes. It will be a late lunch!
