Hi Sol,

One way that I get at least 40 of my 80g per day is by drinking the Isopure protein drinks. These are 20 oz drinks that have 40g of protein. If you like sweet/sour/tangy drinks...then these are for you. My nutritionist told me that you "either love them or hate them". They are a little weird tasting at first, but give them a chance. You can buy them at a local GNC store. I usually buy mine by the case. They come 12 to a case. Two of my favorites are the "Pineapple/Orange/Banana" & the "Apple Melon". Lots of luck!

I really like the Muscle Milk ready to drink shakes, right now I m really tired of them, :P but I think they taste the best of any of them and have a high protien count.

I drink these too! Every day! I have tried the Alpine Punch, Peach Mango, and Icey Orange, and the orange is by far my favorite. Just enought flavor. I have been getting mine by the case from Vitamin Shoppe. You can order them online and they have a great price for the case and shipping. I order a case for $51.98 total.
