"BIG" Saturday Evening Dinner

Just had Roasted Cornish Game Hen. I had the two legs with thigh meat and about 1/4 c of Cranberry Sauce. I'm stuffed. Soo much meat left over on my little Hen. Even after 7 months, it still cracks me up!

I just went out with hubby and we were running errands so by the time we actually stopped to eat it was close to 2 oclock. I had an egg at 6 AM so I was STARVING, I ate ONE small chicken leg and thought I would pop! SO funny, if we don't split a meal then my leftovers last me through at least 3 more meals, where before surgery I would have eaten all of it THEN looked for more an hour later. Love my sleevie!!

OMG... I am sitting her with the slimies because i just had a whole chicken tender.... you know... the little tender piece from the breast. A cornish hen would last me a week LOL
