I then take 2000mcg b12. Then I take my "raw for men" one daily multi vitamin. Then I pop in my vitamin c chewable. Then I chew up my glutamine pill. Last I take my creatine capsules. If. These all make me feel great and keeps me going everyday! My nutrionist is one of the best in her field Chrisanna Harrington. My doctor, Dr. M. Sheih is a leader in the bariatric community and my family is my support group cheering me on! I'm very lucky!!!
