My surgeon allows LF cream (smooth) soups mixed with skim milk as part of this liquid phase...they are saving my life I swear...have not had any weakness.....Surgery was same days as yours

My surgery was one day after yours, and the soups are great. I also am finding that the protein shakes give me a tremendous boost. I also started taking short walks which helped with my energy. It does get better.

It will get better every day. I went back to work 3 days after my surgery and I was so tired after 8 hours, I would drag myself home to the couch for the night for the first 2 weeks. I'm sure you just automatically get stronger as days go by. I did start taking a B-12 shot every 2 weeks and that may be helping also!
